A free bird walk hosted by the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania (ASWP) on Saturday, October 24th from 9 am-11 am. Registration is limited. Registrants will meet at the Butler Street Gatehouse (4734 Butler St, Pittsburgh, PA 15201).

Come explore and discover the birds of Allegheny Cemetery, a major green space for the Lawrenceville area. Home to songbirds, woodpeckers, owls, and more, Allegheny Cemetery also serves as an important stopover spot for migrating birds in the Fall. Whether you are a beginner birder or advanced, enjoy a walk along the paved paths and wear appropriate hiking footwear for uneven terrain. Bring your own binoculars, or borrow a pair from your guide, Dan Mendenhall.

By participating in this event, I hereby grant permission to Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania (ASWP) to use my photograph in printed publications, advertisements, and on ASWP’s website and associated online social media without further consideration. I understand that if I do not consent to this, I will alert ASWP staff upon arrival.
