Kirk LeMoyne Billings Kirk LeMoyne Billings, or "Lem," was born in Pittsburgh on April 15, 1916. He was a descendent of Dr. Francis Julius LeMoyne, the well-known abolitionist and founder of the Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. Lem’s life changed when he met John F. Prime Stage Theatre brought their Cemetery Walk event to Allegheny Cemetery for the first time this year.
