The Sons of the American Revolution chapter in Pittsburgh recently commissioned a Pomeroy plaque to honor the American Revolutionary War Veterans buried within Allegheny Cemetery. There will be a dedication and unveiling ceremony at the Soldiers’ Memorial Stage on Sunday, September 27th at 2pm.
After the unveiling, the plaque will be placed the week following in a central location to many of the American Revolutionary Veterans that it specifically honors.
